Just saw a video of you on youtube which caused me to get a psychic revelation myself. My prediction is that if you quit shoveling big macs into your mouth you will lose some weight. I know you are probably thinking how can this be. Its true though that if you eat in moderation and don't eat burgers the size of a small child you will lose weight. It helps to exercise too but before doing any exercise at your size you need to see a physician first (preferably one that isnt a psychic physician) to be cleared for exercising.
