Ok, I was wondering if you thought you could do it and that's what you taught. I'm not terribly interested in centuries old accounts- they are very difficult to authenticate. For someone to claim to be able to do it today, I can think of a simple controlled test to test it, but I don't think you're claiming you can do that so...

I have had Astral experiences, yes. But I cannot teach anyone Astral Projection, only the mental aspect of it and the techniques they can work with for moving the next step. As I said, it is very rare that anyone accomplishes it more than a couple of times in their whole life and even more rare for most to learn how to do it "on command" like some trained poodle ... or do you prefer lab rats?
