SCEPCOP Committee YahooGroup now created!
Posted: 30 Aug 2009, 21:15
Attention SCEPCOP Committee members and anyone who is interested:
First, some good news. Brian Josephson, the Nobel Prize Winner in Physics, has joined us! With him, we now have credence to the word "Scientific" in SCEPCOP. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_David_Josephson
After reviewing Google Groups and Yahoo Groups, I found the Yahoo Groups far more user friendly and familiar to me, so I decided to go with that. We now have our own Yahoo Group for the SCEPCOP Committee here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/scepcop/
To those of you who have already expressed interest in helping to plan out the future of SCEPCOP and discuss it's overall strategy and organization, I will be sending you an invitation to join the group soon.
If you're interested in being part of the private discussion, but haven't notified me yet, let me know.
But even if you aren't on the SCEPCOP Committee, you can still participate if you feel you have something to contribute to the discussion. Just let me know who you are and why you want to join, and I"ll send you an invitation link if approved. Or go to the group home page (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/scepcop/) and click "Join Group" and then in the box "Comment to Owner" explain who you are and why you want to join.
Thanks,
Vinstonas
