BTW, great story. I did not know that they had designed and tested plastic triangles, that will whatever you said it was that they did to cut down on the whatever it was you said it was. Just so you know, I'd stick with the crystals. They are probably safer than plastic whatevers and they're nice to look at.

The plastic reflective tape was wrapped into triangles and attached to the walls with silly putty.

That was int he days before the internet. If it happened today I'd be taking photos and posting the photos on the internet for sure.

The guy I worked for was really weird in many ways. He hired this guy to review the plans for his house. The guy had a huge fee for his work. He looked over the plans and made a few "crucial" alterations including rotating the house by several degrees to orient it with the life balancing forces of earth. He didn't really alter the house plans themselves but I think he got paid more than the architect. He was charging this huge fee so I guess he had to make some changes or do something to justify his fee.

I see fend shui as a lot of sensible ideas that can be corrupted by the greedy.

But back to energy, I do computations all of the time that deal with the predictions of electric motor response. The work deals with energy. Fortunately, I do not have to know what energy is to determine how the motor reacts to a given input. The computations are based on formulas that work so I can get an accurate prediction. But what is energy? It's there. It changes. It transfers. But its true form I don't have to know.
