I really don't get spam like this. I don't know the exact odds for having a member of this site happen to live in the immediate vicinity of the OP AND also be in need of plastic surgery AND decide to call up this guy based on a forum post, but I'm sure they are so small as to not even be worth the two minutes it took to register and make a post.
